  • Can I Return the Planner I ordered, if I don't like?
    Because the planners of this website are created by lulu express they only except return for damage only or wrong printed format, as stated by their website. "A print-on-demand item is manufactured when the order is received. Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns on physical products. We may not require that damaged physical products be returned to us, nor do we guarantee returns will be accepted. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion. IF YOU RECEIVE A BOOK THAT IS DAMAGED, WE WILL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT COPY AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION BASED UPON PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE OF SAID DAMAGE." website But as we do ourselves offer a 14 day satisfaction guarantee, follow these steps: Email our support at crystalmediate@redridgefarm.org, with the date of purchase, reason for return, and your email connected to your purchase. Wait for reply, may take 2-3 days. Mail your copy to the address and shipping label given in the reply email. Your money will be returned to the credit card or payment method once package is received from you.
  • Can I return appeal that I order?
    All appeal can be returned or replaced with in reason, for things like wrong size or a damaged product on arrival. But sadly all shipping cost will be at your expense and the option of refund will at our teams discretion. Follow these steps Email our support team at crystalmediate@redridgefarm.org and give us the reason for your return or exchange. You will receive a reply email in a couple of day. If return, refund, or exchange is allowed, follow the steps inside of the email to mail you item back to us. Once item is received the appropriate refund or exchange will be sent back to you.
